Oklahoma is not a control state: since October 2018, under State Question 792 (SQ 792), grocery, convenience and pharmacy stores sell wine and full-strength (cold) beer, while package (liquor) stores sell spirits plus beer and wine. Beer in groceries can be up to 8.99% alcohol by volume (ABV) and wine up to 15% ABV; anything higher is sold only at liquor stores.
