Utah Where to Buy Alcohol (2026)

Conditional: Utah is a control state: spirits, wine and beer over 5% alcohol by volume (ABV) are sold only at state DABS stores and package agencies, while beer of 5% ABV or less is sold in grocery and convenience stores.
