Your US walkie-talkies are the trap here. American FRS/GMRS radios transmit on 462/467 MHz, and those frequencies are NOT on Denmark's licence-free list - only the European PMR446 type (446.0-446.2 MHz) is. Using radio frequencies without a licence is a criminal offence punishable by a fine. Receive-only gear (scanners, radio receivers) needs no licence at all. No Danish law names signal jammers, but using one is unlicensed transmitting, so leave it at home.
LBK nr 119 af 21/01/2026 s.54: "Med bode straffes den, der 1) overtraeder s.6, stk. 1" - a FINE ONLY, with no imprisonment available, for using radio frequencies without a licence. No fine band is stated in the Act. Companies can be held criminally liable under chapter 5 of the Criminal Code (s.54 stk. 3). Note that the penalty attaches to USE, not to possession: Danish law does not make merely holding radio equipment an offence.
