Recreational illegal. Medical cannabis program only (formerly "low-THC oil"). SB 220 (signed May 12, 2026; most provisions effective July 1, 2026) removed the 5% THC cap, set a 12,000 mg personal possession limit (max 1,200 mg per package), added inhalation/vaporization for patients 21+ (smoking still prohibited), and expanded qualifying conditions (added lupus).
