No fireworks may be sold to anyone under 12 years of age (Miss. Code 45-13-11). SB 2210 of 2025 also reduced violations of the fireworks chapter from a felony to a misdemeanor, with maximum fines tiered at $1,000, $2,500 and $5,000.
