Conditional: Consumer fireworks may be sold in Mississippi from May 23 through July 12 and from December 5 through January 9 (Miss. Code 45-13-9, as amended by Senate Bill 2210 of 2025).
Consumer fireworks may be sold in Mississippi from May 23 through July 12 and from December 5 through January 9 (Miss. Code 45-13-9, as amended by Senate Bill 2210 of 2025). Fireworks may not be sold or discharged within 600 feet of a church, hospital, school or asylum, or within 75 feet of where fireworks are stored or sold, and may not be discharged into or from a motor vehicle. Cities and counties may restrict or ban use entirely.
