Arkansas limits consumer use to the days around the holidays — for example, 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. on July 1 to 3 and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on July 4, plus a New Year window. Sales run June 13 to July 10 (expanded in 2025 by Act 108) and December 10 to January 5. Cities and counties may further restrict.
