Bull Shoals & Norfork tailwaters (bait restriction) Baxter/Marion/Izard Bull Shoals Dam Catch-and-Release Area Baxter Bull Shoals Lake MO and AR residents may purchase the White River Border Lakes Permit ($10, valid through last day of February) to fish the other state's portion of Bull Shoals, Norfork, and Table Rock lakes — but must also hold a valid home-state fishing permit. Trout are EXCLUDED from cross-border take/possession. Fish, frogs, mussels, clams, turtles, crayfish, and live bait (except trout) may be taken from the other state's portion. Follow the regulations of the state in which you are fishing.
