You cannot buy a disposable (single-use) vape anywhere in the UK — sale and supply have been banned since 1 June 2025. Only rechargeable, refillable vapes are sold.
The ban targets businesses, not travellers: retailers face a £200 fine and seizure of stock in the first instance, then an unlimited fine and up to 2 years in prison. Practical effect for a visitor — plan on bringing a rechargeable device or buying one there.
