Full-strength beer (since 2019) and wine (since March 2023) are sold in groceries and convenience stores; the standard grocery license does not permit spirits. A grocery store that operates a pharmacy may hold a liquor-licensed drugstore license and does sell spirits. No new grocery liquor licenses are being issued (SB25-033).
