Ohio allows Sunday sales only with a Sunday (D-6) permit and, where required, local approval. With the permit, Sunday sales run from 10 a.m. to midnight (11 a.m. for some), and standard hours Monday through Saturday start at 5:30 a.m. (OAC 4301:1-1-49.)
