Beer sold in groceries and convenience stores. Wine requires a retail food store wine license: at least 1,200 sq ft, at least 20% of taxable sales from food, and a jurisdiction that approved wine sales by local-option election. Wine hours are 8 a.m.–11 p.m. Mon–Sat and 10 a.m.–11 p.m. Sunday (Sunday only since 1 Jan 2019). Spirits are package-store only; dry counties persist.
