The record is not a criminal record for private or administrative inquiry and expunges 2 years after conviction. Second and third offenses within 2 years carry jail. Registered patients may possess up to 28 MMCEUs (about 98 g / 3.5 oz of flower). (Miss. Code 41-29-139(c)(2)(A).)
