No recreational market. Registered patients may buy from licensed dispensaries. Amounts are measured in Mississippi Medical Cannabis Equivalency Units (MMCEUs): 1 MMCEU = 3.5 g flower, 1 g concentrate, or 100 mg THC in an infused product. Resident cardholders may obtain up to 24 MMCEUs per 30 days — there is NO daily limit, and the weekly limit was struck by SB 2857 effective 1 July 2024. Nonresident cardholders remain capped at 6 MMCEUs per week and 12 per consecutive 15 days.
