The rule today

Delaware allows Sunday hunting: HB 278 (signed June 10, 2026) repealed its remaining Sunday-hunting restrictions, so all legal game animals and game birds may be hunted on Sundays during established seasons — permission is required on private land. Private landowners and public agencies retain discretion over access to their lands.

A “change” is a verified status flip on a tracked rule, or a substantive edit to the rule’s terms — a changed fee, limit, permit or date — shown as “Details updated”. General legal information from official sources — not legal advice; always confirm with the official source linked above.
