North Dakota Duty to Inform Police Laws (2026)
Conditional: In North Dakota, disclosure is required only on inquiry, not proactively: a permitless carrier must inform an officer of the concealed firearm if the officer asks (NDCC 62.1-04-04(2)); licensees must carry the license, or a digital image of it, and give it to an officer for inspection on request (62.1-04-04(1), noncriminal, $20).
