Catfish (any species) in Delaware tidal and non-tidal waters has no minimum size and no daily limit year-round. Walleye and northern pike are not separately listed in Delaware's non-tidal or tidal regulations tables, meaning no specific size or bag limits apply; they are open to take under general non-tidal rules (hook and line, max 2 lines with 3 hooks each). Blue catfish and flathead catfish may not be possessed alive without written Director permission, as both are classified as invasive species; any caught must be killed and may not be transported live.
