Permitted: Since LB77 (2023), Nebraska bars only minors and prohibited persons from carrying a concealed weapon, so an ordinary adult may carry a concealed knife of any blade length without a permit.

Since LB77 (2023), Nebraska bars only minors and prohibited persons from carrying a concealed weapon, so an ordinary adult may carry a concealed knife of any blade length without a permit. State law defines a knife as a dagger, dirk, knife or stiletto with a blade over 3.5 inches. Carrying a concealed weapon in violation of that ban is a Class I misdemeanor for a first offense and a Class IV felony for a second or subsequent offense.
