Vaping is banned in indoor workplaces, restaurants, and bars. Nebraska's Clean Indoor Air Act (amended 2020) prohibits smoking in all public places and workplaces with no bar exemption, and its definition expressly includes use of an electronic smoking device creating an aerosol or vapor.
