Signal blockers cannot legally be operated or sold in Czechia: any transmission meant to prevent communication breaks the Electronic Communications Act. An individual caught using one faces a fine of up to CZK 100,000 (a few thousand US dollars).
Using frequencies that require authorisation without holding it draws a fine of up to CZK 100,000 for an individual and up to CZK 20,000,000 for a company or a person in business. The Czech Trade Inspection Authority can additionally prohibit, restrict or withdraw the equipment from the market.
