Bring your own supply. Since 1 January 2024 it is illegal to SELL flavoured vapes or e-liquids in the Netherlands — only tobacco flavour may be sold, and online sales of vapes have been banned since 2023 — so you will not be able to buy mango, mint or dessert pods anywhere here. The NVWA enforces this against sellers and shipments meant for the Dutch market, and states that flavoured vapes may still be brought into the country. Vaping is also banned everywhere smoking is.
