Vaping is banned in indoor workplaces, restaurants, and bars. Hawaii's smoke-free law (HRS Ch. 328J, amended 2015) defines "smoking" to include electronic smoking devices and prohibits it in enclosed public places and workplaces, expressly including bars and restaurants.
