Vaping is banned in indoor workplaces, restaurants, and bars. Minnesota's Clean Indoor Air Act (Freedom to Breathe), amended 2019, defines "smoking" to include using an activated electronic delivery device, and both "public place" and "place of employment" expressly include restaurants and bars.
