Vaping is banned in indoor workplaces, restaurants, and bars. The Dee Johnson Clean Indoor Air Act, amended 2019, defines "smoking" to include "any use of an e-cigarette that creates an aerosol or vapor," and the amendment removed the former cigar-bar, casino, private-club and tobacco-store exemptions.
