Beer and wine sold in groceries and convenience stores (table wine up to 16% ABV, dessert wine 16–24%). Spirits come only from state liquor stores and ISLD contract retailers, some of which operate inside groceries. Wine sales are a county local option. Spirit-based ready-to-drink cans at or below 14% ABV sell as wine; above that they are liquor.
