Oregon Sunday Alcohol Sales (2026)
Permitted: Oregon allows Sunday sales, and liquor (spirits) agent stores may sell 7 days a week; on Sundays and holidays they open no earlier than 7 a.m. and close by 10 p.m. (OAR 845-015-0140).
Oregon allows Sunday sales, and liquor (spirits) agent stores may sell 7 days a week; on Sundays and holidays they open no earlier than 7 a.m. and close by 10 p.m. (OAR 845-015-0140). Beer and wine taken away from a grocery, convenience or other store holding an off-premises sales licence may be sold only between 6 a.m. and 2:30 a.m. (OAR 845-006-0425(2)). At a bar, restaurant or other licensed premises where the drink is consumed on site, the hours are 7 a.m. to 2:30 a.m. (OAR 845-006-0425(1)). Inside an Oregon public use airport designated a Category I Commercial Service Airport the window opens at 4 a.m., but from 4 a.m. to 7 a.m. alcohol may be sold only to a ticketed airline passenger holding a valid same-day boarding pass (OAR 845-006-0425(3)).
