Wyoming's fireworks statutes (W.S. 35-10-201 through 35-10-208) set no statewide minimum age to buy or use consumer fireworks. Any age condition comes from county resolutions or city ordinances, which may also prohibit sale or use outright - and a local ban makes use or possession illegal regardless of where the fireworks were purchased. Violations are a misdemeanor: fine up to $750, up to 60 days, or both.
