Permitted
Summary

Wyoming has permitless carry: no permit is required, and any person 18 or older — resident or non-resident — who may lawfully possess may carry concealed. The age floor dropped from 21 to 18 on July 1, 2026 under HB 96, which also lowered the optional permit's minimum age to 18. An optional permit remains available for carrying in states that honor Wyoming permits. See W.S. 6-8-104.
