Tobacco in Belgium: restricted — there are real limits travelers must follow.
Coming into Belgium from outside the EU you get ONE of: 200 cigarettes, 100 cigarillos, 50 cigars, or 250 g of smoking tobacco - and the allowance only applies from age 17. Use the red exit ("Goods to declare") if you are over the limit. If customs find you over it, you pay the duties and taxes AND a fine, so declaring is the cheaper move.
Exceeding the allowance without declaring costs the import duties and taxes PLUS a fine; goods subject to specific measures may be seized.
