Info: Move over one lane for any stopped emergency vehicle with lights flashing — police, ambulances, fire trucks and rescue equipment, highway incident-response and maintenance vehicles, utility service vehicles and tow trucks — and, since the law was amended effective July 1, 2023, for any DISABLED vehicle with its hazard lights activated.

If you cannot change lanes safely (including on a two-lane road), slow to 10 mph below the posted speed limit; never stop in the roadway. Failing to move over is a Class B infraction.
