Maryland Radar Jammers Laws (2026)
Restricted: Radar jammers are illegal in Maryland, because they're illegal nationwide under federal law.
Radar jammers are illegal in Maryland, because they're illegal nationwide under federal law. The Federal Communications Commission (FCC) bans operating, selling, or marketing any jamming device, and there's no way to get FCC approval for one. Maryland has no separate jammer law of its own on file, so the federal ban is what applies (47 U.S.C. §§ 302a(b), 333).
