Only nonaerial common fireworks (ground spinners, fountains, sparklers, smoke devices, snakes) may be sold and used by the public. Firecrackers, bottle rockets and other aerials require a public-display permit. (Stands sell aerials via buyer affidavit for purported out-of-state use.)
