Consumer fireworks including aerial cakes, Roman candles, fountains, sparklers, and firecrackers are permitted. As of May 20, 2026 (SB 1948, the Rocket's Red Glare Act), bottle rockets and stick-mounted skyrockets are also legal statewide and are no longer prohibited. Local city ordinances may still restrict specific types or use.
