Georgia sets no statewide on-premises last call — cities and counties set bar and restaurant hours, and selling in violation of a local ordinance is itself a state violation (Ga. Comp. R. & Regs. 560-2-3-.02(1)(a)). For package / retail distilled-spirits stores the state rule sets the outer limits: no sales before 8:00 a.m. or after 11:45 p.m. on any day other than Sunday, and on Sundays no sales before 11:00 a.m. or after 11:30 p.m., except as otherwise provided in O.C.G.A. § 3-3-7. Hours vary widely by jurisdiction — check locally before you go.
