Conditional: Nebraska allows Sunday sales, with retail sale permitted every day from 6 a.m. to 1 a.m. and no sales between 1 a.m. and 6 a.m. Sunday package sales of spirits or liquor may not begin before noon, and cities and counties may modify the hours.
