Permitless ("constitutional") carry: no permit required for anyone who can lawfully possess a firearm. Following the June 17, 2026 Fourth DCA ruling in Eubanks v. State (Florida's 21+ concealed-carry age floor held unconstitutional as to 18-20-year-olds; the Attorney General will not seek review), adults 18-20 may now carry concealed, and FDACS is accepting concealed-weapon-license applications from age 18+ (issuance pending the court's mandate). Note: the separate minimum age to PURCHASE a firearm in Florida remains 21.
