Suppressors are legal in Florida once you comply with the federal National Firearms Act (NFA). Florida removed its prohibition on silencer-equipped hunting in 2014 (FAC 68A-12.002), so suppressors are now legal for all hunting, on private land and in wildlife management areas (WMAs) alike. You must still meet the federal NFA requirements.
