Suppressors are legal in Minnesota as long as they are lawfully possessed under federal law. Minn. Stat. 609.66 subd. 1a makes it a felony to possess "a suppressor that is not lawfully possessed under federal law", so a suppressor registered under the federal National Firearms Act (NFA) is legal. Hunting with one is permitted.
