Possessing 2 ounces or less of ganja is a non-arrestable ticketed offence (J$500 fine), but over 2 ounces remains a criminal offence and public smoking is also ticketed.

Over 2 oz: arrest, court, fine and/or imprisonment plus a criminal record; under 2 oz or public smoking: J$500 ticket.
