Treat your vape exactly like a cigarette. Jamaican law bans vaping anywhere smoking is banned - beaches, parks, outdoor dining areas, bus stops, public transport and hotel grounds - plus within 5 metres of any doorway, window or ventilation intake. Simply holding a switched-on device in those places is the offence.
