Tobacco in Jamaica: allowed only under specific conditions.
Jamaica duty-free tobacco allowance for arriving passengers 18 and over is 200 cigarettes, OR 50 cigars, OR 230 grams of processed tobacco - one of the three, not all three. Anything more must be declared on your C5 form and cleared through the Red Line with duty paid. Jamaica Customs publishes nothing at all about vapes or e-liquid, so do not assume they fall inside this allowance.
The C5 declaration card states: "I understand that the failure to make a full declaration is an offence and may result in fines, forfeiture of the goods and/or imprisonment." No specific monetary figure is published for exceeding the tobacco allowance.
