Info: Bumper height is capped by weight class, measured from a level surface to the bottom of the bumper: passenger vehicles 22 in (front and rear); 4,500 lbs GVWR and under 29 in; 4,501-7,500 lbs 33 in; 7,501-10,000 lbs 35 in (HRS 291-35.1).

Bumper height is capped by weight class, measured from a level surface to the bottom of the bumper: passenger vehicles 22 in (front and rear); 4,500 lbs GVWR and under 29 in; 4,501-7,500 lbs 33 in; 7,501-10,000 lbs 35 in (HRS 291-35.1). On modified vehicles the frame rail may not sit higher than the attached bumper, and the gap between body and frame rail may not exceed three inches. A vehicle exceeding the VESC Regulation 12 recommended bumper height must have an audible reverse warning system.
