Unlicensed use or installation of radio apparatus (s.8 with s.35(5)): up to 51 weeks and a level 5 fine, which has been unlimited since 12 March 2015. Selling, importing, manufacturing or distributing non-compliant equipment under the Electromagnetic Compatibility Regulations 2016: an unlimited financial penalty and/or three months' imprisonment, as published by Ofcom.
