Suppressors are legal in Nebraska once you complete the federal National Firearms Act (NFA) process. Nebraska's prohibited-weapons statute (Neb. Rev. Stat. 28-1203) lists only machine guns and short rifles and shotguns, and silencers are not on that list. Nebraska legalized hunting with suppressors in 2014.
