Legal for anyone 18 or older — not only PA residents: consumer fireworks including aerials may be bought from a PA-licensed permanent structure and used (Act 74 of 2022). Never within 150 ft of a building or vehicle (even your own), on public property, on another person's property without permission, or while impaired. Municipalities may bar use 10 p.m.–10 a.m., except until 1 a.m. on July 2, 3, 4 and Dec 31. First offense: summary offense, fine up to $500.
